Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified threshold, which will be clearly indicated on our website when applicable.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status directly through the courier’s website.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns must include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.

How to Return:

  2. Our customer care team will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
